Orders will not be posted until payment has been received and cleared. Listed below as a guide, are the general clearing times; - Direct Deposit: Up to 2-3 working days
- Cheque / Money Order: Maximum 5 working days
Once payment has cleared you will receive a payment confirmation email. If shipping follows soon after clearance you will only receive a shipping confirmation. Orders will be held for 10 working days from the date of the order. If payment has not been received by this time, Scrappy Shack reserves the right to cancel your order and place it back into stock. This policy is in place for the consideration of other Scrappy Shack customers wanting to purchase goods. You will be notified by email prior to the cancellation of any orders. Direct Deposit Payments Direct deposit payments can be made online via your internet banking, by visiting a BankWest Branch or selected Australia Post outlets. Please note that BankWest does not have branches nation wide and you may need to deposit via Australia Post if you do not have internet banking. Please see below for further details. Please remember to quote your purchase order number when making all direct deposit payments to avoid delays in identifying your payment. If your card is declined you will be charged for any penalty fees incured from the bank. How safe is PayPal? Pricing All prices are in Australian dollars, are GST inclusive and are subject to change without prior notice. At Scrappy Shack we aim to keep prices as low as we can and will subsidise costs where possible. We have a minimum order value of $10.00 excluding postage. Orders under this amount will not be processed. NB: At this stage you will not see GST in the cost of postage on your purchase order. GST is included in the postage price and will be included on the final invoice issued with your goods. Discounts will be deducted prior to postage and GST. The minimum order value still applies. Out of Stock Items Occasionally due to demand, some items may be temporarily unavailable. If our stocks are due to be replenished within 3 working days we will hold your order until the item is received before posting. If the out of stock item is not expected within the 3 working days you will need to reorder the item at a later date and your current order will be posted out within the usual turn over period. We will email you with any details of out of stock items. If an item is out of stock prior to your order you may elect via the product page to be notified by email once the item is back in stock.
