Wet Embossing is traditionally created with ink pads, powders and stamps, set with a heat gun to achieve a glossy 'enamel' look. You will need; *If you do not have access to a heat gun you can also use a hair dryer or toaster but be careful with the heat! 1. Fold piece of scrap paper in half and open again. Lay this flat to act as your work surface. This will help you in cleaning your excess embossing powder later.
2. Apply pigment ink to the rubber surface of your stamp and then firmly press onto your card or paper. 3. Shake embossing powder onto your stamped image. Be generous as excess will not go to waste. 4. Once your stamped image is completely covered, lift your card/paper and shake excess powder onto your piece of scrap paper. Gently tap near and beneath the stamped image to remove as much excess powder as possible. Using the folded edge of the scrap paper, pour the powder back into the container. 5. Gently heat the stamped image with a heat gun until you can start to see the glossy image appear.
